Starting this year, as we embrace further digitalization and the innovative approaches, we invite all the participants and visitors to use MEET.ITECA.EVENTS platform and the ITECA.EVENTS mobile application to work most efficiently at the exhibition.

Through the utilization of AI and cutting-edge algorithms, the platform and application work together to enhance interaction and facilitate seamless contact exchange during events.

ITECA.EVENTS

WITH THE APPLICATION AND PLATFORM YOU WILL BE ABLE TO:

  • Scan badges of your stand visitors and upload the contact database on the results of the meetings held (*paid service)
  • Download and systematize scanned contacts after the event within 30 days (*paid service)
  • Obtain information regarding the services and products being displayed at the exhibition
  • View individual recommendations based on the data you have completed
  • Chat with potential customers and schedule meetings
  • Have access to up-to-date information on the exhibition: business program, interactive plan, list of participants and many others.

IMPORTANT! To receive all platform advantages and exhibition participant badges it is necessary to complete the following steps:

  1.  Log in to your personal account (password below)
  2. Check, if you have entered data in the following sections and save the changes:
  • Company details
  • Exhibitor Representatives at the stand
  • Portrait of a potential visitor
  • Upload logo
  • Description in catalog
  • Product index

Enter at least one employee from the company no later than August 25
