AXTER COLETANCHE informs that in August 2013 its production has been approved by the Russian Quality Certification Authority GOST (scheme 3a). All our manufacturing chain has been submitted to a close audit (including facilities, quality management, tests on conformity of final production). We are glad to announce that full range of elastomeric bituminous geomembranes COLETANCHE for civil engineering has been successfully certified in compliance with the Russian standards and technical norms.

GROWN UP “XCENTRIC RIPPER” MOVES AHEAD
After the first “Xcentric Rippers” introduction at Bauma 2010 almost 500 units have been spread all over the world.
The product is working in Europe, Australia, Canada, Latin America, South East Asia, Middle East and Africa.
It has prooven to be a perfect tool to increase production, reduce noise and reduce running and maintenance cost.
It can realize a 3 to 5 times higher production volume, compared with traditional excavation techniques.
On underwater demolition and excavation jobs large improvements could be achieved.
Also applications for slack-removing and slack-recycling at steel mills have been succesfull in applying the “ Xcentric Ripper”
In stone quarries, where “Drilling and Blasting” is not longer permitted the “Xcentric Ripper” is the only acceptable and economical alternative in use.
The standard product line is now completed to 9 models to suit excavator sizes from 8 tons up to 150 tons.
