VIBROTECHNICK
VIBROTECHNICK Vibrating Equipment, as a member of PSACO Group, is an innovative manufacturer of vibrating equipment used in the processing of bulk materials. Vibrating screens:
Vibrating screens are used as standard applications where large capacity and high efficiency of screening are desired. Vibrating screen for stand alone or multiple installations are manufactured in a wide range of sizes for varying application and production demands. Each unit is compatible with all screening systems and can be integrated into existing and current processing plants.
Vibrating feeders:
Vibrating Feeders are used for controlling the flow of material from feed hoppers to the next equipment. Heavy duty vibrating feeders have welded construction, which transmits vibrations without fatigue. They are built for continuous operation. Each vibrating feeder utilizes the forces set up by two synchronized, counter-rotating, heavy-duty, unbalanced Vibratory Motors, which are firmly fixed to the Feeder trough, in a specific angle to the feeding level. Feeders with unbalanced drives or magnetic motors oscillate freely on a support spring which is insulated against vibration transmission to base frame. This results in a straight line, push-pull, linear, oscillating motion. The fact that the motors are synchronized and in balance with one another, eliminate the isolation problems normally associated with simple rough force single eccentric drives systems.
Shakeouts:
In the modern foundry, there are many options when it comes to choosing the proper shakeout technology for your metal casting facility. VIBROTECHNICK is a foundry equipment supplier which offers an applicable type of vibratory shakeout solution. In this shakeout the vibratory force is transmitted into the mold, activating the sand and causing it to break away from the casting. A development in the force of shakeouts is the addition of electronic process controls which allow the angle of attack to be varied in the vibration. VIBROTECHNICK uses these controls to speed up, slow down, or completely stop horizontal travel of material on the shakeout body. This means that the casting can be retained on the shakeout deck as long as ensuring complete sand removal to be done.

HARVANN
HARVANN, as a member of PSACO Group, is a major manufacturer and supplier of mining and minerals processing equipment, in a wide range of Products & Technical Services including washing screens, dewatering screens and fine separation screens that are typically machines used in the processing of aggregates.
Washing screens:
Washing screens are built to remove dust, dirt or clay off aggregate and size the aggregate at the same time. HARVANN manufactures washing screens in either an inclined or horizontal screen design, based on the type of aggregate processing system. HARVANN washing screen is the ideal machine for the production of a clean oversize material free of fines or undersize particles. HARVANN screen is equipped with spray nozzles directed at one or more rubber-lined washing troughs. Spray water directed at the screen surface would result in accelerated wear and could also force oversize particles through the openings. In fine wet sizing, undersize particles are transported through the screen openings by the water.
Dewatering Screens
Dewatering Screens applied for dewatering, desliming, degritting, rinsing, scrubbing and washing. Materials such as sand, gravel, crushed aggregates; industrial sands, mineral sands, hard rock, coal, iron ore, salt and other granular materials can be processed through a Dewatering Screen. HARVANN Dewatering Screens are designed for minimal maintenance, with no cutting or welding required. They require little operator training when installed, and produce minimal noise.
Fine separation screen:
