Over the years, the exhibition has become a traditional meeting place for representatives of Kazakhstan's mining and metallurgical community, and industry professionals from more than 28 countries. Every year, the event demonstrate advanced technologies and the most recent achievements in the mining and metallurgical industries, which are later used by businesses in Kazakhstan.
MiningWorld Central Asia 2011 and KazMet 2011 are an effective mechanism for technological development in the mining and metallurgical industries, increasing local content and intensifying business activities. The events fully reflect the level of domestic and international achievements in the field of ore and mineral mining and processing, metallurgy and machine-building.

:: MiningWorld Central Asia 2011 Facts: During three days MiningWorld Central Asia 2011 exhibition presented 290 companies from 28 countries, such as: Australia, Belarus, Belgium, Canada, Chile, China, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, India, Italy, Kazakhstan, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Russia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, UK, Ukraine and USA.
Total exhibition space of MiningWorld Central Asia 2011 amounted to 10 447 sq.m.
The exhibition was visited by over 3 320 specialists.
